    We build on land that you own. If you don't own the land, we will connect with local realtors who will help locate and purchase it. We will also help connect you to local lenders that offer construction loans. They will often allow you to bundle the land and building costs into a single loan.   • What is a "semi-custom home"?

    When you build with Compass, you'll be able to choose from 100's of floor plans which you can meld with your own various customizations. This is termed a "semi-custom home." If you want to start from scratch to create your own custom home, we can absolutely do that too! Just let us know your vision and we'll produce the plans. Most choose a combination of the two, but the customization options are endless and totally up to you. We are here to guide you every single step of the way.
